Our one-day trip includes floating a 13-mile section of the Salmon River 17 miles west of North Fork, where it flows through a beautiful canyon forming some great rapids! Folks ranging in age from 5 to late 70’s enjoy this trip. Your have your choice between a paddle boat (shown at left) or an oar boat where the guide sits in the center of the raft and you just need to sit and hang on. Most of our guests seem to enjoy the paddle raft as you are more pro-active and possible get alittle wetter!! Your picture is taken as you go through Pine Creek Rapids. A barbecued lunch is prepared for you along the river's edge and besides the main entree it includes horderves, fresh salads and home baked deserts. A camera can be brought on the raft and kept in a dry bag for safe keeping during the rapids. We usually see big horn sheep and an occasion mountain goat along the way not to mention some very majestic scenery. At the end of our 1 day white water rafting adventure many of our guests have commented "Wow, this is so much fun we don't want this trip to be over!" Well, it doesn't have to be! For those adventure seekers who are after more excitement and want to experience a longer, quality time on the river we offer 2 and 3-day trips as well. |

These trips offer a relaxing float morning or evening with abundant beautiful scenery and wildlife to view and photograph along the way. There are no rapids on this section a smooth float. Drink and homemade treat is included.
